There are some sets of armor that look just plain ridiculous unless you have the full matching set. An example of this is the Desloate armor set. For this reason, people are discouraged from equipping an Exotic, as that would ruin the look. This puts said players at a slight disadvantage, as they won't have any Exotic perks. Although not game breaking, I believe it's something that needs to be addressed (though it should wait until ghost bullets are dealt with). To give those who collect and equip a full set of armor more of an incentive to do so, Bungie should consider implementing perks on said sets. These perks would only activate when every single item in that set is equipped. Example: Desolate Armor - When the helmet, gauntlets, chest piece, legs, and class item of this set are equipped, the player's spawning and death animations are swapped out for their Taken equivalents. In addition, their double jump is replaced with blink (the animation is similar to Taken Thrall's teleports). King's Fall Armor - When the full set is equipped, the wearer gains a small resistance to all weapons of Hive or Taken origin, and the non-weapon-related attacks of Hive and Taken. This would include enemies in PVE, as well as weapons like Dreadfang, Stolen Will, and weapons from King's Fall. The resistance is doubled for the Hard Mode variant of this set. Any SRL set - When the full set is equipped, all sparrows with Overdrive can use it for longer before exploding.
