Connecting to player on same wifi
Me and my brother can't connect to each other in fireteam but we can connect on party chat

Try to use LAN connection if you want to play with your brother. You will need two LAN cable from wifi router to the first and to the second console. 1., Connect the first console to the router with LAN cable. 2., Do the same step with the second console. 3., If the first and the second console are connected with cable to the router turn them on. I think it will automatic turn cable connection from wifi, but if it ask please follow the instructions on the monitor to change wifi connection to LAN. Hope that it helps!
