I know most people won't know what this is, but in battleborn (y'know the fps moba that overwatch killed), there was a hero called ISIC who's ultimate was to turn into a mobile turret. For a long time, it lasted forever and he could pump out ridiculous amounts of damage. He eventually got nerfed so that he could only use it for about 30 seconds, and then had a cooldown for a couple minutes. I think bastion could do with a similar change, to stop him camping in one place all game. Although there are a couple of people (myself included) who actually reposition.
