So I switched to Hunter a few days ago and I've been using the Gunslinger class. I love everything about it and I unlocked the Tripmine grenade yesterday. I want to make the Tripmine work so bad, but it's so underpowered in my opinion. Something as flashy and obvious as it is should easily be able to one hit a low armored guardian, especially since it's nearly impossible to use during combat. I don't want it to stick to people or anything like I heard it used to, just please make it be able to one hit someone at full health. It's the least it should be able to do for its obviousness

My trip mines work perfect fine. Throw them on walls where you know someone is bound to walk in. They will die, and you'll be happy.

They're meant to be traps. They aren't meant to be thrown at a doorway when someone is coming through for an easy kill. I'd be fine with a buff to trip mines that start at the damage that they're at then gain additional damage over time. That way the have to sit there like a trap for a certain amount of time for an instant kill. Sticking should come back, but not as an instant kill. They definitely take skill to stick unlike every fusion grenade in this game. I'd actually wouldn't feel too bad if it was an instant kill as you actually have to stick someone. Compared to a fusion that only has to come near someone before it curves onto them.

They're fine. I only really started using them after the nerf and they are hardly useless. I certainly wouldn't argue with a small damage buff (especially for PvE) , but tbh people just need to deal with them not being multiple grenades in one anymore. - Fusion grenades are great but if I miss (it does happen, they aren't truth rockets) they don't do jack and definitely do not OHK. - Lightning grenades, also very powerful but don't stick to people and don't OHK either, you need multiple pulses Tripmines used to be both of those combined but even if you totally whiffed it would still stick there and potentially give you a kill later.

Really ur bickering bc a grenade went from a practical 195 damage to about 189. That's still pretty much a 1 shot kill. The damage nerf was really small.

Gunslingers weren't even op and just because they had a slightly higher kd in 6s due to their super they got nerfed.
