Constant Weasel errors, chronic problem, DMZ enabled, hardwired connection

I've had this problem since I started playing in House of Wolves. At seemingly random times I just can't play Destiny, getting constant Weasel errors (and occasionally Baboon errors) before I even open up the Director to load a level. It happens randomly in any level or zone and usually once it starts happening it will persist for hours. I have everything wired with physical cables, have verified all the cables are functioning normally, have opened my Xbox fully to the internet, and by all rights and means should be able to play properly. But I can't. Nothing strange shows up in my router error logs, my Xbox has a static internal IP and has no issues whatsoever with any other game, but Destiny just doesn't work sometimes. It only happens with Destiny, no other game ever, and if I'm using in-home streaming to my Windows 10 PC whenever the Weasel occurs it cuts out the streaming with a "We lost the connection to your console" error. My Xbox Live party is almost always disconnected at the same time. If this error continues I don't know if I can justify buying Rise of Iron... My Gamertag is IronFuzzBall111, if there's any information Bungie needs I can give it to them, I reasonably know what I'm doing with network things.
