I just bought a legendary boots engram from the cryptarch with my hard earned legendary marks, decrypted it and got a legendary artifact instead, which wasn't even useful, since it was below my current artifact in terms of light level. Also I got 3 exotics out of my 15 Three of coins or so, all of which were heavy weapon engrams, all of which gave me Dragon's Breath. I am probably just being unlucky, but this shouldn't happen. why such a sadistic approach?
