I heard Bioware was seriously considering remastering the trilogy. Granted they haven't given a definitive yes or no, but they said if they were to do it, they'd go all out.
Who wants a remastered ME trilogy?

Could we possibly see a remaster tied in to the andromeda launch. Just a thought.
-
I'd grab it instantly
-
If it comes with ME3's multiplayer and all dlc, absolutely.
-
Love Mass Effect passionately, as most Mass Effect fans do. The first game is in the most need of a remaster.
-
Necrobump! would love it if they remastered all the mass effects! Would love it even more if they made Mass Effect 1 a little bit easier :P
-
I wouldn't mind it at all.

Edited by tuckers baby: 8/29/2016 5:45:48 PMThe world's got enough remasters of recent titles as is, plus Andromeda is coming up.

Edited by IMADAJ: 8/29/2016 5:44:01 PMOnly it they 100% take out planet scanning. I played through ME1 three times hoping to take all three character paths through the entire saga. Then planet scanning happened. Maybe I could have skipped it and missed out on upgrades, but it was enough to kill the entire line of games for me. I haven't picked it up since.

Only if they remaster Knights of the Old Republic first (assuming EA doesn't shut down that Apeiron Project)
-
I'm stupid enough to buy it but if it's the reason mass effect andromeda keeps getting delayed over and over I'm gonna be super miffed.

I would eat up a remastered trilogy. Even though I own all three on PS3 and have beaten the series over five times, I'd happily pay $60 for prettier graphics and better framerate.

Id get it. I didnt really get to play the series. Well i did start to play the second, wasn't very far but i tried to go somewhere and needed to put in the second disk (stupid 360) and my brother in law misplaced it because he rather have all his movies and games in a folder.. couldn't find it in any of his folders so he must of left it out somewhere so i gave up. But yeah, i would like to pick it up if it were remade for ps4 or x1

I only played the first. Disarmed the bo,be on the train, got to the station then the last thing I did was get lost while trying to find a license for the floating brain so he could freely distribute his literature. Never touched it after that or the second or third. Just didn't have the time, eventually forgot about it. So if the three were remastered it really wouldn't affect me.

Edited by Pheint3d: 8/28/2016 10:10:45 PMI read quite some time back that if they remastered, they wouldn't change the combat in the games like for example, allowing me1 to play like me3. Reason being that it's too much work since the enemies are designed the way they are to match the combat of how the game already is. So some new players would probably gripe about me1 gameplay big time.
I understand tons of old players would still be interested in a remaster, but some would have their hopes up for a revision of combat mechanics.
If andromeda is badass, I think I'd pass on the remaster. I'd be too busy playing it. A remaster still is good though, especially for those who haven't played the series. I'm just saying that I personally would probably just play the current game if it's really good, and as good as the others.
