Descope when sniper is shot in the head, bad or good?
Do you think that being forced to descope for a few frames after being shot in the head would be a good idea? Would it give non snipers an unfair advantage somehow? Would it make sniping not nearly as common? Would it make Trials a bit more skill based? Would it make sniping require more or less skill?
What do you guys think?

That would make sniping nearly impossible and definitely not enjoyable. It means that sniping would [i]only[/i] be possible while people don't know you're there. As soon as someone notices you they'll just spray in your direction and one bullet is bound to hit you. The game has mechanics specifically to tell you where snipers are. Thus the only viable way to use snipers would be quick scoping.
