Can't Matchmake
I seriously don't understand this, for the past 2 weeks I've been unable to even Matchmake in the crucible at all. Someone seriously needs to let me know how to solve this issue and solve it permanently. I can't play my favourite game and I'm having serious boredom problems and I'm losing friends because I won't, sorry CAN'T play with them. And don't bother telling me to clear my cache I've done that 40 times in the last 2 weeks and I've also changed and altered my network settings on my ps4, and I won't be the one to deny everyone else in my house (my mother and father and the rest) from being able to play or do what they want, and I can't alter my Internet. So bungie, respond and let me know how I can enjoy my game again. I know your a very considerate company and hold the hearts of your beloved following and community sacred and close. Now please let me reign victorious in the crucible once more and allow me impress shaxx so the he may shower me with love and affection. Thank you jn advance

1 ReplyHello, When players are unable to match with other players in Destiny, that is usually indicative that there is a NAT Type restriction which is blocking the console's ability to communicate with other consoles in a shared lobby. NAT Type may be adjusted on a per device basis, so making adjustments that target your console should not affect other devices or users on your network.
