Hello, All information for Joining a Clan is here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12212 (The article is slightly outdated, joining and leaving clans is now a feature on the app) The same button that the article shows to join a clan is where you will see the option to leave a clan if you are in one already.
