I personally like underdog but it seems a lot of people do not. I hate these perks, they are worthless to me. I just got 3 weapons in a row each with at least one of these terrible perks. Leveled up Crucible - Got Grim Citizen w/ surrounded. Trashed. Other two were after match rewards in IB, 1 hand cannon and 1 shotgun. Both had one of those perks. It's to the point where I'm not even hopeful or happy when I level something up and get a gun, because 9 times out of 10 it's complete trash. Bungie please remove these terrible perks.
