Since either pre-ordering rise of iron or the latest hotfix, I've been unable to shareplay with any friends. The connection is sufficient and works great on other games and used to with Destiny: TTK but since the latest maintenance/private match reveal stream I've been unable to share my screen to friends. Attached is a picture showing the message, this never used to appear before. I believe it's because the game title updated to Destiny: Rise of Iron recently and it isn't technically released yet. I'm a UK guardian that has been able to share-play the majority of TTK.
