Fellow guardians, I am here today to tell you about the most underrated weapon ever to exist.
The first curse is a god at close to medium range combat, it handles beautiful without TFCB(The First Curse Buff) and even better with it. Once you master it pair it up with any secondary your good with and your good to go. It's my go to weapon when I'm up against a bunch of Douchy tryhards, or even in CoE. I WILL USE IT WHENEVER
I absolutely love the weapon and I HAVE NEVER (And I emphasize the word NEVER) been killed by it. I've never seen anyone else use it, and I just want to know from you other people WHAT THE HELL GIVES?!? All my friends but one say it sucks, because of its low rate of fire and reload. I just want to know what everyone thinks about it. PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Edited by Mag1calSp1d3r: 8/31/2016 1:05:28 AMI don't care what anybody says the gun is amazing, if you learn how to use the gun you can do anything you want, sure anybody can use a faster rate of fire cannon, pulse rifle, auto rifle, or scout rifle, but what fun would it be if all the weapons were like that? There's gotta be a challenge somewhere. I mean let's look at the stats and compare it to other cannons, yea sure it's got a slow reload low stability slow rof but it's got higher impact and plenty of range to back it up. So like I said learn to use to gun and I promise you you'll love it

If only it had fast reload. But then again chain of whoaaaa. This gun is a beast for pve.

Why use it if it three shots like every other hand cannon but with a slower fire rate, and less stability. Idk just my thoughts don't hate me. -
It seems like the stats discourage a lot of players from using it. However stats can be misleading on hand cannons I don't have the first curse, but I use the Judith which seems to be a close comparison. Personally I think hand cannons of this archetype outperform almost all meta weapons other than the mida tool if used just right.

I want to have a duel in a private match. Either TFC or TLW. Backs turned to each other, yell 'draw' &...You know the rest
-
Low rate of fire and slow reload? So it's basically like the original Thorn. Good gun, but underrated.
-
Hard light?
-
Shhhhhh, you weren't supposed to tell them
-
The most underrated weapons are the Stranger's Rifle, Khovstov, and Atheon's Epilogue.
;)
I tried it and it seemed useless. Why use that when I have TLW and other better legendary hand cannons?
-
I've been 2-shotting people this IB. Soooo fun.
-
After they buffed the exotic perk it's a really rewarding weapon to use. Grips headshots easily. Pair it also with hand cannon loader arms and you're set. It's definitely one of my favorites
-
I don't really like using it tbh. I find my Eyasluna, LHF and Finnilas Peril much more. Unless I am running Gunslinger (double throwing knives with instant cooldown on precision kills). Then its so much fun to use. 1 shot from TFC and a throwing knife kills them with ease.
-
It's fun to use but it's not competitive at high levels. If you're up against someone who is a decent shot using a top tier weapon you'll die. It hits like a truck but it leaves everyone with a sliver of health. If you're going to have to shoot a third round anyways, why not use an eyasluna or a LHF?
-
Agreed. It is my main hand cannon since year 2 came around. Just feels right handling wise. I use it all the time in PVP, on xbone. I just wish it was a 2 shot head shot up close. Seeing that little sliver of hp left is annoying.
