The 7 day stream that Goth, Broman & Kmagic are running to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Hospital is amazing. My girlfriend and I have supported St. Jude for years and it is an amazing place that does great work for children and their families. Never getting a bill for treatment takes enormous pressure off of a family dealing with childhood cancer. Their goal is to raise $200,000 during their 7 day stream. The last time I looked they were over 63% of the way there already and they haven't hit the half way point yet. It is a real pleasure to see all of these Destiny community people come together for something larger than themselves. Putting aside egos, playing the game we all love (or love to hate) and making some really enjoyable content along the way. Well done Guardians and from a long time St. Jude supporter a sincere thank you. Edit: And....they have already met their $200,000 goal! They still have 2 days to go. Well done. Edit 2: I am updating again because it is awesome. The Destiny Community Con stream has blown pass the $294,000 mark and they are 83% towards their stretch goal of $350,000. Edit 3: I can't believe it, but they hit a half a million dollars by the end of the stream. Insane numbers rolling in in the last block of time. Awesome job to the streamers, donors and even Bungie for jumping onboard with their support. So cool.
