I passed by the waking ruins again today and I noticed the message *the spire is forming* pop up. I there was no one around. It kicked in and out and even completed itself at one point. I waited for roughly an hour to see if a team would arrive and it didn't. THE VAULT ITSELF IS SICK OF BEING IRRELEVANT! Even the vault itself wants an up-to-date version of itself. It cries out by forming the spire to lure in players and hopes they'll decide to play. Bungie, could you really deny your own game what it cries out for? [b]The vault has spoken![/b]
