The new game modes Bungie have kept secret... Until now.

So I discovered two new game modes playing Iron Banner this week. At first I thought "this can't be right". But game after game I noticed these new game modes repeating over and over... and over. I would like to know what Bungie's decision making process behind these undisclosed new game modes is, as I feel they're not quite as "fleshed out" as they could be. So, to you Bungie I ask... Please explain the new 6v5 and 5v4 game modes you have secretly introduced, as I believe that like the many weapons that seem unbalanced, so do these new modes. I have come to this conclusion from many, many personal experiences in which these games begin with 6 on one side and 5 on the other, and it stays this way for the entire match. Same with the 5v4 mode. Sometimes this new game type is introduced mid match, I assume to "mix things up". Whilst I enjoy a good challenge, I feel some further fine tuning needs to occur. I would have posted this in the #Feedback section... But I'm hoping my #Feedback introduced into the #Destiny section may tickle Bungie's funny bone, and appeal to their sense of adventure. Much like the one they've displayed by introducing these fantastic new game modes. Anywho... Pip pip tally ho... Got to run, fresh new game types await! Edit: New game modes uncovered. 3v3 6v1 One I forgot to mention: Me vs. Nobody (You spawn in... Hear everything, see the kill feed, but you can't see the players or control points. You collect "beetles" until the end when you lose and get no rewards!). This was my personal favorite. Ooh... This just in from one of our readers:
My favourite new game type is 'handicap', where you drop into a game in progress to make up the numbers, your team is about 5000 points behind, the enemy has charged supers and you don't get told which map it is before you spawn at a random location, usually in front of a golden gun.
Good one RedWineHangover... Good one! Edit: Good lord Guardians! So since going to sleep last night my curious post has uncovered some truly exciting game modes. By far there are too many to mention here in the OP, but needless to say, there are a lot of you enjoying some exciting new game types. Bless Bungie's cotton socks for endowing the community with new unannounced content! We're seeing a lot of: "Xv1" scenarios... Random OP melee and "Matrix" style bullet time events... "Screw physics, using walls for cover are for noobs" modes... Universal Remote: Only tuned for the other team. And more... Keep them coming Guardians... Special thanks to Bungie xox And this: I had a game where I spawned into the losing team. I thought: "Heck, I'll play it out... I mean this could be the game I finally get a Hebridean Thoughtcrime"...
No... no... I can't actually say that with a straight face. What I really thought was: "Maybe I'll get another Nirwen's Mercy with a shit roll... Or my 10th pair of boots... Yay!
Then... The game ended before either team hit 15000pts, our team won for some reason or another... And I ended up in the Reward screen by myself! Winning! Please bump and "like" to get Bungie's attention... Cos... Ya know... They read these things. I soooooo love 6v5 for an entire match! Can you feel the love Guardians? Trending for Bungie!... Will they respond? Tune in next time Guardians.
