We currently have about 50 people from a mix of timezones. 30 Americans and 20 Europeans. The hybrid group helps in that if you get on early or stay on late there are others to team up with. Skill level isn't important but we do ask that you are active (10+ hours per week). While waiting for the expansion there isn't much left to do other than crucible but the majority of us still do our raids each week for the fun of it.
