Decided to go back to Year One for memory's sake and played some 3V3. I spawned with three members on my team, ready for a good game of Salvage. The other team were very good and organised, making the match to be a challenging one which I love. It was fun until the other two members on my team left me on my own with a full team of three at around eight minutes.
I kept playing until the end though and expected for another person to join me from matchmaking but nobody did. For the entire match. I was on Bravo team alone with 50 points (not very good) with Alpha's three brilliant Guardians with 2000+ points. I expected Mercy Rule to be activated soon as the other team were constantly killing me even though I still put up a fight.
In the end the Mercy Rule was invoked... 5 SECONDS BEFORE THE END OF THE MATCH! Shouldn't the Mercy Rule have activated sooner? I was left being shot with guns on my own for eight minutes. I know I should have left but I'm not one to leave a match. The result was very very one sided, Bravo: 310 points (other points gained from Guardians that left), Alpha: 5000+ points.
So...should have the Mercy Rule been activated sooner? I thought it would have at around five minutes when no Guardians joined me.

Edited by EZ Pick 757: 7/26/2016 7:48:53 PMI think the only time it never did where it should of happened was the Iron Banner match that I went unbroken. It was 17000 to 4800, and It was probably the most absurd thing I'd ever seen. I felt horrible afterwards, despite the beautiful Mark of The Unbroken as a result. It ended 20000 to 5500. They were just outclassed in every way.

That is odd. Normally, the Mercy rule activates at one specific point: when one team achieves 60% of the winning score before the other team hits 20%. I can usually calculate exactly when Shaxx will cut in and say: "I've seen enough! I'm calling this one!"
