I believe I have interpreted it. It's difficult simply because of the noise in between words. Once you filter out the extraneous chatter and isolate the actual words though, it becomes more clear. Additionally, it's not in English; rather, it's in Latin, and it's somewhat scrambled. I don't know if that's because I'm missing something or because Bungie got the Latin wrong. In any case, once the noise is removed, the spirit whispers "pauci armis". It actually sounds more like "armus or "armoos", but that would be wrong. A few moments later, you hear, "et virtute", which can be interpreted as "virtue", but it has another meaning when taken in conjunction with the rest. Then there is a grunt like whisper, which sounds like "coom", and finally, "moleculeeees", which is really, "moleculis". Put it together, and it's, "pauci armis et virtute cum moleculis", which interpreted literally is, "decrease the power (virtue) of weapons that join molecules." In other words, "nerf fusion rifles".

Now that you talk about it...this story goes all the way back to beta I was just messing around and I entered a cave with a golden chest(it's not there anymore) and there was a....weird kind of corpse and you could interact with it,I don't remember what it said exactly but it was something like "listen to the laments of the exiled" and what it said sounded like just a random piece of lore but one part was the one that caught my attention...[quote]you ignorant human you and your brothers will fall because our king one day will rise [/quote] and in a secret are with enemies that couldn't be killed but I was able to sneak past them and yet another corpse but with a more simple message [quote]the king will rise[/quote] over and over...
