Can we have an Honest Discussion with the Developers at Bungie about the state of Destiny?

I'm serious. I just want to sit down, have a cup of coffee, and have a respectable discussion about Destiny, how its changed since Year 1, The current State of it, and Where Year 3 is going. Because to be respectfully honest: I feel like I became less of a legend than I did Year 1. What happened to hype of getting something like Fatebringer? Why is crucible mainly being focused or it seems to rather than PVE? When can developers read the forums themselves instead of community managers (not trying to be rude) and take matters into their own hands? Who at bungie, plays their game on a Daily to Weekly Basis and thoroughly knows what goes on in the game (and not community managers)? Where are the missing exotics that were revealed at the E3 of Taken King? What happened to this game being fun? Who cares if someone gets high score in Challenge of Elders? They can get a million points and majority of people wouldn't care, you shouldn't have to reduce the effectiveness of our abilities if someone is always on Top. It always happens with every game with leaderboards. How's the partner ship with Activision? Is it going well? Are they holding up their end of the bargain? Has the plan for the Destiny Franchise for 10 Years changed? Or is it still going to be continued and carried out? All these questions and more.... I would like more Bungie Developer Interaction with Players. Because from what I've seen, most of the feedback often sent from Cozmo doesn't get read by developers or they completely ignore it. For example: Why Hasn't Fabian Strategy been buffed yet or even considered, even though Cozmo sent it to the devs from a couple months after responding to a post? Edit 1: For those saying most of the Bungie Crew is working on Destiny 2: that is a bad idea. Working on a future game while still making dlc for the current one takes a lot of skill to pull of successfully. The main reason why its a bad idea: You are dividing resources. I'd say have full focus on Destiny's rise of Iron before moving on to Destiny 2. That way you can have a successful dlc and maybe enough funds to fully develop Destiny 2. For those saying that Bungie can't manage feedback themselves (community managers do that), or say I'm taking control of feedback, why is there more nerfs to stuff that's unnecessary than buffs (Throwing Knife, Twilight Garrison/Graviton)? I'm not crying or anything but just a thought.

  • I feel like this franchise's fate was sealed when work on the sequel began. Bungie clearly cannot support a game that desperately needs to grow while they're making another. Unless Destiny 2 is a reboot and a masterpiece, they're going to launch with one foot in the grave.
