Since lots of people complain about special weapons being overused and somewhat hard to counter, i think I have found a working solution to this stupid and deprived argument.
Auto rifles:
-Bring damage back to levels before patch 1.1.1
-Increase base damage of mid and high RoF Auto rifles by 2.5%
Pulse rifles:
-Increase damage of lowest RoF and mid RoF pulse rifles by 5%
-Keep damage of fast and highest RoF pulse rifles the same
Scout rifles:
-Increase base damage by 5%
-Increase damage of highest and fast RoF scout rifles by 3%
-Increase damage of mid RoF scout rifles by 4%
-Increase stability of slowest RoF scout rifles by 15%
Hand Cannons:
-Decrease bullet spread and reduce bloom effect
I feel this is an appropriate solution.

Agree except for scouts. They are in a good spot already in both PvP and PvE. Hand cannons also need less severe damage drop off.

As a person who regularly runs MIDA...scout rifles do not need a damage buff whatsoever...

What's wrong with medium fire rate pulse rifles? I think weapons of that archetype, such as the Hawksaw, are the best all around weapon types.

That sounds good to me, although I feel scout rifles are fine where they're at, myself being a scout rifle user, I tear people apart in crucible with my treads upon stars

Use Lord High Fixer, Finnala's Peril, Devil You Know, or Last Word. You will see. They do need an Accuracy boost tho. Good post nonetheless
