Alright, so as a lurker of the forums I tend to see a lot of people asking questions about the same things, so as a member of the forums with insomnia I feel it may be beneficial to create a post containing answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. Remember, I am only answering these questions to the best of my knowledge, so if I make some mistakes feel free to correct me! So, lets begin! Q: I got a gift in the post master containing The Taken King's collector edition items, but I didn't purchase them? A: This is a more recent issue, and only on the Xbox, this is due to a goof with the licensing checks and will be corrected soon. All users who have received the collector edition items without owning a license to the collector's edition will not have access to the items, unless they purchase the collector's edition of course. Q: How long will I have to complete the year 2 Moments of Triumph? A: You will have until September 20th, 2016 to complete the year 2 Moments of Triumph. You will also have that long to purchase the year 2 Moments T-Shirt off the Bungie store! Q: Will Rise of Iron be available on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3? A: No. Unfortunately these consoles no longer have enough space to hold more content, if Bungie wanted to add anything more to the legacy consoles, they would have to remove content. Q: If I upgrade my console, will my characters and stats transfer? A: Yes! All your characters, stats and items will transfer to your new console if you upgrade! Unless of course you change the platform, such as Xbox to Playstation and vice versa. Q: If I upgrade, will I have to buy Destiny again? A: Yes, once you upgrade you will need to purchase a new copy of Destiny and Destiny: The Taken King. Q: I found a cheater in Destiny, how do I notify Bungie? A: Cheating is taken very seriously at Bungie, the best thing you can do as a player is to use the in game report tool! Do not post their tag on the forums though, this is considered naming and shaming and is against the rules! Those are all the questions I can think of that are currently frequently asked.
