So I have noticed that since the last patch Bladedancer's Encore perk doesn't always extend the duration, usually on back to back kills. Is this a bug? Or is it a hidden cooldown? Either way I think that it should ALWAYS extend Arc Blade time, and if you kill more than one enemy with either Razor's Edge or Showstopper, it should multiply the extended time accordingly. This is real detriment to what would otherwise finally be a worthy alternative to Hungering Blade (Stalker has its uses). A definitive answer would be great, thanks!
