Destiny won't start - Xbox preview program
Hi Bungie,
It seems as if with the newest update the Xbox One preview program, Destiny (the base game) was removed from the Xbox store, now only downloadable as a "free trial" or as part of a bundle with the Taken King Legendary Edition/Digital Collectors Edition. As a result, my version of Destiny seems to be reading only as a free trial, although I own Destiny, the expansion pass, and the Taken King expansion.
I promptly though, "Hey, maybe it's a good idea to uninstall and redownload." NOPE. I didn't learn the base game was only part of a "bundle only" or "free trial" now until after I uninstalled. I never bought the Taken King Legendary Edition, so my only option is to redownload as a trial. I would happily provide any evidence needed that I have purchased each of the things mentioned.
Also, if it helps, the xbox was spitting error code 0x803f8001.

Edited by TMIBLIVES: 6/24/2016 5:18:01 PMI.know Xbox Support is aware there is an issue with the preview program and some games. I spent most of the morning chatting and talking on the phone. They told me they were on it..but it seems out of the 2 Xbox ones I own I can only down load the trial version (xbox support had me delete it after it said I didnt own in on my account and my wifes account) only one can access the game and dlc. (I never deleted the game off my Xbox)
