I brought some silver through the xbox dashboard on the market place yesterday, I have not received my silver but payment was taken, and every time I select the "Buy Silver" option on evererse trading Co. I get met with this message at the bottom of my screen: "Query failed. Attempting to contact platform services. Please wait." I realise I won't be getting my money back, but is this issue on my side or server side? I'm guessing server side as I've tried both the tower and the reef after resetting my xbox, game, and router.
