Bungie VIP Brave Ghost?

Brave Ghost from the VIP quest, why isnt it avaiable from the speaker(the ghost that is) I have the emblem and shader from the quest, deleted the ghost because of the bug you had in the beginning

You only get th Brave Ghost once as far as I know. I have deleted mine and cannot get it back.
