This is for all of you who hate to play Control in Iron Banner and lose your team matches by chasing K/D. CONTROL 101 Capture zones, get points. The more allies in the zone the faster you cap them. Capture zones, charge your super.The more allies in the zone, the more super energy you get. Capture 2+ zones, get more points than the enemy when you get kills. If your team controls two zones, by all means go out and pad your K/D. But if the enemy tries to take one of your zones, either help your team defend the zone, or help your team capture the enemy's zone so you can maintain two zone control. By not capping zones, you take points away from your team, you take super energy away from your teammates, you leave your teammates hanging out to dry (they're sitting vulnerable in the zone for much longer), and basically prove yourself a selfish douchebag. Seriously people, it's not that difficult.
