Third (primary) account is not able to play TTK on PS4?!?

Okay second attempt... I do not know what happened with first topic, but I can not find it anymore.... <pissed mode> Last year I bought a hard copy of the game Destiny, played it with my two kids. So there are three primary accounts on the same PS4. We also purchased the two DLC's the Dark Below and the House of Wolves. Still no problems... Now when the TTK was revealed I thought it would be a good idea to pre-order the legendary version as a hard copy again. At sep 15 received it and put the CD in the PS4 and I was able to play the TTK missions/stories. (no product code entered anywhere) The next day one of the kids wanted to play the TTK missions/stories and he got the message that he needed the TTK for this.?!?! There were three options: redeem code and purchase legendary edition or the collectors edition. So we entered the product code which came with the legendary edition and he could play the TTK story. After a couple of hours the other kid wanted to play TTK, but he also got the same message; you need the TTK. We tried to enter the same product code again, but this time we got the message already in use.??? I thought it could be a problem we used two different hard copies. so deleted the game and wanted to reinstall, but to my surprise I needed to download the 18Gb again... So after 14 hours this time we did a second attempt, but all with the same result. I also did a restore licence on the PS4, but this had no effect. I called PS4 playstation support: they claim it is a setting done by Bungie in the TTK. when you want to play the game with more then two primary accounts on the same PS4 you need multiple copies of the TTK... Please Bungie tell me it is a bug and not for real...

  • Well although no respons from Bungie (I actually did not expect anything else) we only are good for our money and not for any bad comments of help requests... I did get a respons from Playstation... I thought I had activated all three accounts as primary accounts, after a hint I checked and this was not the case, so after activating the accounts, we are able to play TTK all three of us again. So THANK YOU EJK1913 @playstation.eu.com etc....
