I've gotten 2 chest plates in a row for both my Titan and my hunter... So I'd say yeah

Yeah, thats what I mean. That aint random...what are the chances of winning the lottery twice? Or hitting a jackpot twice in a row? The system is clearly not random...at least not fully. And whatever rule they put, it aint workin

Well I think it's based off of what piece you need... All my armor was 320 on my hunter but before that the chest wasn't. Maybe only the second was random as I needed a new chest the first time.

Im not sure pal, ive got all the gear but the boots and mask...never got them. Instead repetitive Fusion Rifles and Rocket launchers.

Well not necessarily the piece you need, but the piece with a higher light level. If all my gear except for the chest is 320, it's possible that the game is going to give me 320 chest plate(and maybe that's how it works.)
