Help with network

Looking for help with my network. I keep getting vulture, weasel and a couple others. And I keep getting a message saying the servers are down or I dont have permission to play or ive been signed in somewhere else. I share gold with a friend so I shouldnt be getting vulture. Xbox says there is nothing wrong with my account my isp says theres a viris on my xbox. Also cant play any other game at all. Cant use apps either. they wont load and close automatically saying it took too long to open. I tryed redownloading destiny but it still wont play. Tryed redownloading my account too but nothing. Im about to reset my console to see if thatll work..... Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks Edit: uninstalled and re installed destiny after resting my xbox still wont work

Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.
