I have ranked up three different things today. Two things on my titan, cryptarch, and vanguard. On my hunter I leveled up vanguard as well. My bug comes in at I did not receive a single package for any of these level ups. Is anyone else having this problem. Also the only difference between my friends and I is I noticed the hotfix being downloaded they did not.
