Greetings, I have been loving the April update. One aspect I was most excited about was the new light leveling system. I think the progressive loot drops encourage and reward grinding, which I like. My younger brother, who got me playing Destiny, had stopped playing because of the old loot system. He couldn't seem to get any higher than 298 gear. I told him about the new loot drop system and that he could grind it out to level up. He tried it but the packages STILL give him lower light level gear. He is at 299 and he just got a crucible package for a heavy weapon that was 292 and leg armor from the vanguard that was only 292 as well! Last night he did three strikes, with no help. We even completed the challenge of the elders and none of the loot helped!!!! What is going on?! Thank you for your help, Billiam
