Controlled Patrol Spawn
An idea, when we select the patrol mission on any given environment, have the green patrol-mission circle expand outwards to envelop the map; here will be a hub of available spawn locations, that we might choose to drop down at the Hellmouth or at the Ishtar Cliffs. It'd be a very small but implicative detail, Guardians might see more of their ship if it dropped them off at Guardian-given coordinates.

2 RepliesIt's been asked and debated many times.....bungie will never let us choose a patrol spawn because it would take us way less time to get to where we want to go. Bungie is all about how much time we spend playing and letting us as far away from Any action they can is one of the ways they do it.

It'd be cool to see any Guardian who joins the server, you see their ship swoop by and drop them off if you're around and/or near the area in which they're spawning in. I think if they released that feature, I'd stand around in patrol for like the first 20 minutes of release just to marvel at the ship zooming by overhead dropping the Guardians off. -
