How would you know it's not going to work? You got something to back up your claim? It's like saying building a canal at the Panama isn't going to work yet it did...

  • The Panama Canal benefited the world because it opened a new and shorter passage for ships. What benefit is a wall, that people will just tunnel under, going give? Illegal immigration will continue and all we do is waste time and money while pissing off our southern neighbor.

84% of Americans want Donald Trump to do what ever it takes to erect the wall.
The Panama Canal benefited the world because it opened a new and shorter passage for ships. What benefit is a wall, that people will just tunnel under, going give?
It will benefit the Americans first and foremost.
Illegal immigration will continue and all we do is waste time and money while pissing off our southern neighbor.
First off, Mexico is not your friend. Second off, Panama workers are like you. They were dying and struggling to make a change of this world. They knew for certain their boss will get someone to replace them had they decided to go with your defeatist attitude. What is this wall? https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/immigration-reform It is literally a wall. Why do we need a wall? https://pjmedia.com/jchristianadams/2015/7/23/alien-crime-wave-in-texas-611234-crimes-2993-murders/ 611234 crimes in Texas alone committed by illegal immigrants. http://www.drugabuse.net/drug-policy/drug-trafficking-statistics/ Mexican drug cartels have become more aggressive – and indeed, more violent – in their efforts to move product to the north. That has left many communities in Texas and California in ruins, as the death toll attributed to gang violence and drug addiction is at an all-time high. http://www.latina.com/lifestyle/news-politics/-blam!--trees-found-along-southern-us-border http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2013/07/05/in-south-texas-ranchers-increasingly-fearful-of-immigration These "-blam!- trees" are places where cartel members and coyotes -blam!- female border crossers and hang their clothes, specifically undergarments, to mark their conquest. http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/ice-124-illegal-immigrants-freed-from-jail-later-charged-with-murder/article/2585720 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has revealed that 124 illegal immigrant criminals released from jail by the Obama administration since 2010 have been subsequently charged with murder. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/01/06/world/americas/a-mexican-manual-for-illegal-migrants-upsets-some-in-us.html The Mexican government drew fire from American advocates of tighter borders on Wednesday for publishing a pamphlet that instructs migrants how to safely enter the United States illegally and live there without being detected. http://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/21/us/immigrant-death-rate-rises-on-illegal-crossings.html There were 463 deaths in the past fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30 — the equivalent of about five migrants dying every four days, according to an analysis by the Washington Office on Latin America, a human rights group. The issue regarding the wall is to stop the flow of illegal immigrants into our country that do cause crimes to citizens as well as hurting Mexicans trying to cross the border. Legal immigration remains unaffected by a wall Is a wall even effective? http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2010/09/22/a-fence-for-the-southern-border-of-mexico/ According to the head of customs for Mexico’s tax administration, Raul Diaz, the Mexican border state of Chiapas is constructing a wall along the country’s southern border with Guatemala, along the river Suchiate which divides the countries. Diaz says the purpose of the wall is to prevent the passage of contraband, but admits, “It could also prevent the free passage of illegal immigrants.” http://www.nytimes.com/2006/06/18/world/americas/18mexico.html?_r=0 But Deputy Foreign Minister Gerónimo Gutiérrez recently acknowledged that Mexico's immigration laws were "tougher than those being contemplated by the United States," where the authorities caught 1.5 million people illegally crossing the Mexican border last year. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli_West_Bank_barrier The Israeli government argues that it protects civilians from suicide bombings and other terror attacks that increased significantly during the Second Intifada. Between 2000 and July 2003 (completion of the "first continuous segment"), 73 suicide bombings were carried out from the West Bank. However, from August 2003 to the end of 2006, only 12 attacks were carried out http://www.breitbart.com/london/2015/10/29/hold-hungarian-border-fence-so-effective-illegal-immigrants-are-now-at-pre-migrant-crisis-levels/ While last month up to 10,000 migrants a day illegally crossed into Hungary, now border controls have been fully implemented, that number has fallen to dozens per day. Mexico southern border, Israeli west bank barrier, Hungary border fence.. just a few examples of walls being effective at keeping out narcotics and illegal immigrants. Who will pay for the wall? https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/immigration-reform Mexico must pay for the wall and, until they do, the United States will, among other things: impound all remittance payments derived from illegal wages; increase fees on all temporary visas issued to Mexican CEOs and diplomats; increase fees on all border crossing cards – of which we issue about 1 million to Mexican nationals each year (a major source of visa overstays); increase fees on all NAFTA worker visas from Mexico (another major source of overstays); and increase fees at ports of entry to the United States from Mexico [Tariffs and foreign aid cuts are also options]. http://www.immihelp.com/us-visa/mexico/usa-visa-fees.html Current cost of visa and border crossing. http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/news/2014/08/02/remittances-to-mexico-up-73-pct-in-1st-half-2014/ Mexico received $11.62 billion in remittances in the first half of this year, up 7.3 percent from the same period of 2013, the country's central bank said. http://fortune.com/2015/08/10/is-donald-trump-right-that-mexico-is-killing-us-on-trade/ Yes, it is true that America’s trade imbalance with Mexico is at quite high right now in terms of dollars. Last year, for example, the U.S. imported $53.8 billion more of goods from Mexico in 2014 than it exported, per the U.S. Census Bureau. http://www.state.gov/j/inl/merida/ - thank you /u/Taylor814 The U.S. Congress has appropriated $2.3 billion since the Merida Initiative began in Fiscal Year 2008. Under the Merida Initiative, the United States has forged a partnership with the Government of Mexico to disrupt organized criminal groups, institutionalize reforms to sustain the rule of law and support for human rights, create a 21st century border structure. Granted the costs of this wall is estimated from the 10bil to John Olivers 50 billion with everyone estimating in between. This isn't a straight up check that Mexico will write us, Trump is advocating having the cost paid for by Mexicans who use our economy to supplement theirs. The idea is to reduce federal aid given to Mexico either through trade or the WOD and put that towards the wall rather then giving it the the Mexican government. 'Murica

  •
84% of Americans want Donald Trump to do what ever it takes to erect the wall.
I can't take you seriously with a fox news link. 84% is a number pulled out of their ass. The number cannot logically be true. And all your links mean nothing to me. Illegal immigrants will continue coming in through different means(like they already do). And the drug trade will continue to thrive because their is a demand for it in America. The only solution for this problem is the Mexican government getting their crap together and fix their country.
