Oooohhhh wait! Let's come up with possible names for the game! XD
-Call of Duty: IN SPAAAACE
-Call of Duty: Astronaut Ops
-Call of Duty: Galaxy Warfare
-Call of Duty: Ran out of ideas -blam!- it lets go to space.

So yeah...it's all rumors at the moment, but there's a strong possibility that Infinity Ward will go through with it.
Honestly, I'm not thrilled with the idea, but I am interested in seeing if they can actually pull it off.
-
They need to -blam!- off with this future stuff and go back to the past. WWII shooters are due for a rebirth into current gen glory.
-
They're covering up the supply drops
-
Call of Duty: Dead Space. Isaac Clarke is back, and this time he remembered to bring some proper firearms.
-
Its cod ghosts 2, I dont know how weirder will be this new story, bcause there is no connection between Logan(yeh I played it) and the moon at 200 years later, they cant get the moon and mars in 10 or 5 years
-
The only way I'm buying it is if the rumors are true about it coming with a cod4/mw2 remaster.
-
I don't think that would happen at least with the next cod mostly to be rumored to be ghost 2 but if it did then the gamers are the ones to blame for it. @COD should change its the same all the time!!!!!!!!!!!. " When cod changes "Why did cod change it was good as it was!!!!!!!"
-
Of course they are. Couldn't drop that stupid futuristic Exo suit Garbage. RIP cod
-
Honestly, I wouldn't mind space warfare, in a realistic sense of course. Like you need to go into space and take down satellites. It'd be like how ghosts had the space missions.
-
Cod Galaxy warfare sounds dope asf
-
This is very likely fake
-
I don't see anything hinting for it to be in space other than one guy on a form wrote a page saying it is.
-
It would be boring if they went back
-
Fans: We want world war 2! Developers: Let's put this shit in space!
-
Call of duty: Lunar warfare?
-
Inb4 Titanfall Call of Duty Crossover

Edited by a clumsy scrub: 3/31/2016 3:00:37 AMIve already stopped buying cod games. I started with 4, loved it. Then came WaW, absolutely loved it. After that came MW2, soooo addicted. Then there was Black Ops, which was iight, definitely no GOTY though. MW3 just didnt feel like call of duty anymore.. Something was just.. Off. Not a bad game though. Black ops 2 wasnt a bad game, but I didnt like it, it just felt too different (whack as I say). Ghosts wasnt as bad as people say IMO. The multiplayer was decent, and felt like a real call of duty game. Sure, the game had a tendency to spawn you right in front of an enemy, but I enjoyed it. The special game mode, "Extinction", was a blast to me, and I feel like treyarch's and sledgehammer's zombies could learn a thing or two from extinction. Advanced warfare was fun for a day. After that, it was bunny-gunner simulator, and didnt even feel like CoD used to. Four shot kills with most automatic weapons irritated the shit out of me (I might have been able to cope if there werent people using super jumps and speedy sidesteps left, right, and center) Played Black Ops 3 maybe twice, and it is some next level garbage. Go back to your roots, retards. Super abilities, wall-running, super hops, 4 shot kills with automatic weapons, zombies isnt zombies anymore. Just garbage. The setting of the past 2 games completely ruined my faith in call of duty. A space cod now? Lmfao, just quit while you're ahead (if this rumour is true). I just want a remaster of WaW or perhaps a WaW2. No bullshit abilities, no stupid super jumps, no side-strafing, no dumb laser weapons, lower times to kill, semi-auto's and bolt-action rifles are dominant. The good shit..

Hell no. CoD needs to go back to it's roots with the "boots on the ground" gameplay. If IW really goes through with this and it's confirmed as being set in outter space, then they have really lost their touch with the franchise. AW was the red-headed step child of CoD. It was a test game to see how people could handle new movement mechanics. I personally don't, nor didn't find AW that enjoyable compared to other CoDs. I liked Ghosts way better than AW. Black Ops 3 took CoD back in the right direction when it comes to boots on the ground gameplay (with the exception of thrust jumps and slides). Sure, some people don't like BO3 and that's cool, but I'd rather stick to that rather than play in outter space (Star Wars and Destiny already has that covered). We don't need another "innovative" CoD game. I'd rather have the classic style back. Hell, once BO1/BO2 become backward compatible, I'll say aidios to any future CoD that isn't like what I started with. BO3 is the last next-gen CoD I'll play until then.

Call of Duty: Blatant Halo Ripoff
-
Not gonna lie but that does sound kinda awesome. Just a bunch of space soldiers in astronaut gear fighting in zero G. That would be dope
-
Let me guess, humanity runs into an alien armada (IN SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE) and men in powerful exo-suits must fight back. Gee, this kinda sounds like...Halo.
-
I don't necessarily want a WWII CoD. I just want one that's a little more slow paced with less of the robots and special abilities and junk. No running on walls and flying through the air. No invisibility and teleporting. Just straight up guns and kill streaks (MW, MW2). That would make my day.
-
Really want MW4 the future is getting stale, I like Modern
-
I want COD:MW2 remastered
-
Call of Duty Operation Sunstrike But honetly Id buy the -blam!- out of a space cod
-
Everything's better set in space!!!
-
Ok let's hold on and think about this. What if they basically make a battlefront 2 reskinned as a cod game. I honestly think that could be fun.
