I love Destiny It is the most honestly the most fun I have had playing a game for a long time, probably since MW2 when I first entered the gaming world. Theres an amazing community through the LFG system, and it;s fun to watch your own stats through Destiny Tracker, almost like an Esport players card. Theres new tasks to do every week, whether it would be trials, the raid challenge or the odd occasional special event (iron banner, sparrow racing), all with legitimate chance of rewards to keep me interested. I love Destiny but... What doesnt keep me interested at the moment the fact I still cant go one hour in this game without having a severe amount of lag and/or I get disconnected. Even in a 3v3 playlist, where there is half the amount of people in the game type, people seem to get disconnected or lag a lot more in these kinds of playlists. Thats not fun, even if someone on the other team is disconnected. And what was this, Hot Fix (03/08/2016), supposedly fixing the matchmaking to be, connection quality as the top priority. Look Im no expert but theyre so many games out there I can sit on for hours and not cop a dirty disconnect, and Im not chasing perfection, I know there will be lag, but surely if I can play Halo multi-players for hours on end in 2006, surely 10 years later I could have just 1 hour of no disconnects (before you whine about my connection, its 130Mgps and 13 ping), seriously has to stop. I know you guys have a lot on your plate, and you are bringing out new content which is awesome, and Im stoked for, but at the same time I know, when I play your multi-player, which to me is about 45% of a game, Im going to be met with what has become the social norm across your whole game; lag and disconnects. Your game to me is how I feel when I buy a kebab from a shady stand at 3am coming home drunk, I love it, but I just dont trust it.
