Required material: 6 motes of light, 1 exotic shard, 2,500 glimmer, heavy telemetry, and an exotic heavy weapon to be unlocked in your blue prints. Use the heavy telemetry and purchase heavy weapons. Then Use 6 motes of light. This will result in the heavy being fully leveled. Next dismantle the heavy weapon. This will in return give you 2 exotic shards, 3 motes of light, and 6 weapon parts I don't know if this is well know information by now, but I just figured it out. I hope this can help a couple of people that are in need of exotic shards.
