Thanks!

Check it out

Sweet idea! An idea I had was an exotic fusion rifle that regens ammo like icebreaker or invective
-
-
This is pretty sweet keep up the good work
-
I agree, see you in the dark zone
-
I love it, but since triple tap is a main perk, I don't think it belongs in the middle column.
-
OK, so... Firstly I know that a lot of others are saying this is OP and would outgun auto rifles and I think they've probably never picked up a sidearm ever... The damage dropoff on sidearms basically nullifies these guns outside of their range, which is well below auto rifle or even hand canon range. These guns require multiple headshot for their real damage potential to come forward and really only reward a skilled hand in tight situations in PvP. Secondly this gun is my dream sidearm! I love the way it looks, I love the quest line to get it. I love that it's "exotic" it has a different feel from other sidearms and that's what makes it amazing. The full auto would force me to use it in a new way which is great! the perks would help to do so. And it's good enough to justify my exotic slot. Thirdly I cannot commend you enough for making a simple and clean appearance that still stands out and looks great. It doesn't have fifteen prongs sticking out of it or swords for handles or whatever. It looks like a clean efficient deadly weapon. Something just elegant enough to be admired but never so much that people forget it's purpose. It reminds me of agent 47's twin pistols a bit. And lastly just a great job, very creative input, we need more of this. Hopefully bungie is paying attention right now because sidearms are my go to special and this would take my exotic slot 9/10 times. Good hunting guardian :)

Hellz yeah buff fusion rifles dawg
-
Respect
-
So I'm basically seeing a glock for Destiny. Which sounds -blam!-in sick. Great idea.
-
I would love a decent exotic firearm, since I came back to this game and noticed them, I fell in love with the Hakke ones for their design
-
I liked your idea, but thought it was just a tad too powerful. Here's what I came up with as far as a 'balanced' sidearm.
-
Love this idea. I wish bungo would add our exotic ideas.
just because we're more creative than them
-
Very nice, i like its design alot

As with pretty much any fantasy weapon, this combination of perks would be overpowered. Full auto, higher rate of fire than any weapon in the game, double accuracy perks, and damn near instant reload (feeding frenzy + 83 base reload). You have basically imagined a fast reload Y1 TLW with more range. Unbalanced.

Triple tap cannot be in a perk tree

Edited by Ethrad: 3/5/2016 8:59:32 PMYou had me at sidearm. The intrinsic perk is ... alright, sure. It's Rangefinder, with a Life Support 2.0 version of Quickdraw. It doesn't make the gun worse, so it's a net positive already. You opted to choose sights over barrels. All Vestian Dynasty, and exotics (with the exception of Queenbreaker's Bow) roll with barrel options, so this is a bit off. You also chose two of the most similar sights imaginable, with SteadyHand IS being the clear winner with an additional point in stability over TrueSight IS: never going to be used. Feeding Frenzy? Sure. Oiled Frame: increased reload, reduction to range. Pass. Injection Mold: increased stability, reduction to range. Maybe. Triple Tap- firstly, this would never populate in this column, but it is arguably the best perk to choose from due to this weapon's low magazine size. It'd bring it's round count back up to the standard for most sidearms, if used correctly, so it would get a lot of use in PvE. Now, the exotic perk, at first glance, is interesting. It's Thunderer, with a Life Support 2.0 version of Unflinching. It's overpowered, already. Adding any kind of full auto to this weapon would make high rate of fire auto-rifles obsolete. You can increase your stability with Injection Mold, and still have a higher range stat than Necrocasm, Doctrine of Passing, and Arminius-D. People currently using those weapons would look at this weapon, see that it's strictly better, and determine if they'd use this over a sniper or shotgun. This weapon would be used, a lot, which is why it won't exist. It has too much impact to be a full auto weapon, especially with it's rate of fire. It would be contending with Machine Guns for how fast it could fire. Add in the fact that all sidearms spawn with ammo, this would be the clear choice in Elimination matches, because it's a heavy weapon on round one. I like the concept, but it would need some serious playtesting.

With full auto you'd want an increased stability perk, not faster aiming. Sidearms aim fast enough already
-
I'd use it. How long did this take?
-
-
Is it Omalon?
-
Sounds good except for the rank 25 in crucible.
-
Bump good to see more people making ideas for exotics
-
Bump, but. Get at vanguard rank 25 and not crucible.
