Game freezing after menu
My game is freezing right after I click A at the menu. See the image for where it's freezing each time.
What we've tried so far:
-using a different destiny disc; resetting the router; and reinstalling. Anyone have this issue before?

You may need to uninstall all Destiny content, clear your console's cache, and re-install Destiny in that order. Clearing your console's cache between uninstalling and re-installing Destiny is an important step to ensure that all Destiny content is removed from your console before re-installing Destiny. If you have exhausted the above troubleshooting options but are still having problems reading the game data, it's possible that either the disc, disc drive, or hard drive are damaged in some way. You may need to reach out to PlayStation/Xbox support for assistance troubleshooting hardware problems.
