Guardian social areas. Which would you like to see?

So I had a thought while loading up destiny today. I give you two options of two destinations for us to go to. Option 1, the Resting grounds:
This is a special destination (maybe in the city or maybe not) that would be more like an interactive social zone where we have things like: *a shooting range, *sparing area (probably a super VS super type of thing), *Interactive enemy pads, (a place where there would be a statue of an enemy and you could read (or maybe a ghost audio log) about that enemy and educate you on things like what we know about them, where they came from, why they are here, our first encounter with them, and maybe a little about their weapons. *a kind of parkour place where you can learn how to harness the momentum system to it's fullest advantage. *The fireteam room, where you can recruit people in game by sending out an invite with whatever message you want attached so you can recruit with ease. * the raid room, this is the place where you can learn from videos and/or info panels on how to do the raids, that way everyone knows and can learn how to do the raid so they don't get left out in the cold. Now this would mean a whole new area which would be cool but I don't know if bungie would want to try and implement a social area like that with so much interactive stuff, but if they did that would make my day.
Option 2: The ship
Now this place would be much smaller of course because it's inside your ship but allows for new possibilities. On your ship You could have a few info panels that you could interact with and send out a call for a fire team, (automatically sent to everyone in your last tower visit, similar to the fire team room in option 1). *It would also be cool if, with these info panels, you could pull up the bungie.net site itself and read the BWU and any other interesting news from bungie, maybe even be able to pull up the community creations page, keeping everyone informed and bringing the game community and the forum community closer together (for better or worse) *You could also pull up a weekly checklist for the raids to see what you've done or haven't done. You could also see the new gunsmith orders/tests, bounties from the reef and the tower, and locate where Xur is for you so you don't have to scamper across the tower and the reef to find the handsome devil. *One last thing would be if you could pull up a visual panel that shows you all the gear you've obtain from each raid, as a memento to your endeavors. (Do note this would only be a model of your character wearing the armor then a line of the weapons that you can spin around, kinda like the armory. You wouldn't be able to buy the armor out of your ship.)
So, If you had to choose which one do you think would be better, or rather more which one would you rather have? I for one would like to see option 1 become a reality simply because it's more social and it feels more like a place where you go for some R&R. Edit: I say one or the other with the thought of "if you were only had some many resources in hand to make one or the other happen" Edit: changed title due to unforeseen dirty minds. (just read the first few comments. the face palm-age was real.)
