Alright so I planned on leveling up my Titan... Then I realized you know what would make Titans more op... A shadestep lag of sol Titan.. That's when I realized that there was a chest piece promised to us by Bungie that grants that perk... It was suppose to drop at TTK And it SORTA did... If you were lucky enough to grab a Twilight Garrison on the first week of TTK then you lucky son of a traveler! Anyway yeah it doesn't feel good when you feel like the you didn't get the content that you had to "pay" for... I JUST WANT MY TWILIGHT GARRISON :(
