Bought Destiny: The Taken King legendary edition and cant play
I bought the game for Xbox 360, but when I start the game, right at the beginning, I get an error code Cattle, stating that I have Lost connection to partner services and that I should check my network configuration. I have also tried to connect my xbox to internet on my phone and I didnt get any error, but I cant afford to use internet from my phone to play Destiny.
What might cause this error? I live in apartment and I dont have any access to the router here (I dont know the login and password for it), I only know the password for wifi. Will I not be able to play the game because of this? I bought the game for 50€ and now I cant play it. :(

2 RepliesEdited by RedPhoenix HD: 11/4/2015 9:32:46 PMIf you only have WiFi and it is shared wifi in a dorm then you are likely going to have lots of issues playing any type of PvP (maybe even PvE) - every time the WiFi hiccups or changes channels due to interference it is going to error out. Your upload is likely dropping below 1Mbps as well. Destiny, and a number of games soon to come out, all require premium internet connections ([i]i.e. high speed, good UL, low latency, zero packet loss[/i]) If you do a detailed network report on the console itself and get the UL/DL speeds, Latency, Packet Loss, and NAT readings it may tell us something, but without being able to run actual ethernet or adjust settings on the router, you may be limited as to what help can be provided.
