Hi Snake1596, Cattle errors indicate that your console wasn't able to reach our matchmaking services. If this is only happening periodically it is most likely caused by normal internet weather or an unstable internet connection. If you are being completely blocked from connecting to Destiny due to Cattle errors, it could mean that your ISP is blocking this specific connection attempt. You'll need to contact your internet provider to determine if they are blocking particular types of traffic. You may also want to read through our Network Troubleshooting Guide for help diagnosing your specific issue.

 • I cant contact my ISP, because I dont own the router where I live. I could try to ask my landlord to give me login information for the router and try to portforward, would that help?

 • That may help, yes, however please note that if you enable Port Forwarding for your IP address it will prevent anyone else on the same network from playing Destiny. It would be better to enable the UPnP feature on the router if it is not currently enabled. This will allow multiple players to connect from the same network.
