Some old dude started working as our promoter. The guy is such a liar, he smells funky, he seems to be racist against mexicans (people at one of the resturants nearby informed us of racist remarks he was making the guy is chilean) he speaks very broken spanish, when he loses something in his workspace which is always a mess he blames us. recently he called out our supervisor and called him a dumbass as he was entering the bathroom. I mean he had applied for the job saying he had a car to get around in he was riding in on a bicycle, that he spoke very fleunt spanish (spanish speakers are our main customer base) and that he had prior experience when he never knows what hes supposed to be doing.

I work at a liquor store. A woman came in and bought 15 bottles of wine which we boxed up and put in her cart. She then walked outside put the cart next to her car and then walked away to talk to someone she knew. She walked back to her car and got in and drove away without putting her wine in her car. It sat on the side walk for two hours before someone passing by finally took it. She called the store 6 hours after her purchase asking if we'd found a case of wine someone left. We had not. She proceeded to throw a fit and cuss out my manager as well as make a Facebook post on a community site to complain. When we checked the cameras we saw her leave her own wine and drive away. She never got no refund

Head of Secondary at my old high school. We had a goddamn inept chemistry teacher, and our IGCSEs were in a few months (old chem teacher had to take maternity leave). This new "teacher" was useless as shit. Hell, the nerdy kids in our grade knew more about chemistry than her. Even reading shit from the textbook and she'd get stuff wrong. So, in the interest of passing our O level examination, we complained to the Head of Secondary that this new chemistry teacher was about as useful as castrated bollocks. Head of Secondary was like, "excuse me, how dare you talk about a teacher like that. It's not the teacher's fault you students don't know how to learn." We had to get the year 10s to join our cause and verify that the chem teacher was dumb as a rock before they transferred her to Primary school. And even then, the Head of Secondary refused to acknowledge that it was because the teacher was unqualified, it was just that "she didn't know how to interact with and express her knowledge to us clearly."

4 RepliesI worked at this highschool fixing rich kid laptops So one day this kid comes in with a Mac that smelt like utter sewage I almost said aloud what the fùck smells like shit Anyways this kid had opened up the bottom panel that exposes the MB in such and had proceeded to throw up in it, then thought by putting it in the dish washer it would be fixed/cleaned. Sent that gross shit to apple, and apple sent it back saying they didn't want it. Kid had to buy a brand new laptop.

I just got out of jail man, anyway my Mexican friend who I was living with, he picked up a lead about breaking into this old rich guys house. I found this weird red suit, after some crazy stuff about shrinking and getting arrested from returning the suit. Then the old guy agreed to give me a suit. Now I have a suit which makes me shrink to the size of an ant and I can talk to ants. And then a lot of crazy shit happened after that.

Me: “Hello, support.” Caller: “Hi, my son can’t get into his account.” (I verify her information and pull up the account.) Me: “Ma’am, it seems you son’s account was suspended because he violated community guidelines.” Caller: “What does that mean?” (I get the report open and my jaw drops. He was reported for harassment. Gamers are infamous trash-mouths, but this one of the disgusting guys who harassed our female players. And I have his mother on the line.) Me: “It looks like your son was reported for harassing another player. Do you know if he was using his account last Saturday?” Caller: “Oh, yes, that was him. What did he do? Did he swear?” Me: “Among other things. Do you have an email address that I can send a copy of our suspension notice and transcript of the event in question?” (She gives me her email and keeps talking while I type and send.) Caller: “I don’t see how you can ban him for a little swearing? I read the rating; don’t the characters swear? What did he say that was so bad?” Me: “I am not comfortable repeating it. Did you get the email?” Caller: “Yes, I—” (She goes very quiet.) Me: “Ma’am?” Caller: *she talks in that deadly, angry-mother tone*“Thank you for informing me of this. Unfortunately I will need to cancel his account.” Me: “I will go ahead and do that for you. Can I help you with anything else today?” Caller: “No, thank you. I have to go talk to my son now.” (I didn’t stop grinning all day long, knowing at least one online harasser met justice.)

She drops off her kid and leaves. The camp ends at 4:00 at most of the campers get picked up. Eventually it gets to the point where the head counselor and I are the only ones left waiting with this little girl. The school is only a 15 minute walk from my house so I tell my parents about the situation and they told me I could stay. I play some games with her to pass the time until it gets to 6:00. The mom hasn't picked up her phone and the dad wasn't working either. We then make her some dinner using leftovers in the cafeteria when we get a call. It was from the girls mom. We answer and put it on speaker phone. "Hey I'm off my plane can I talk to xxxxxx?" She thought we were an overnight camp when we don't even offer any in our programs. Once we tell this to the mom she told us it was [b][u]our responsibility[/u][/b] to take care of her kid [b][u]until her vacation time was done[/u][/b]. We decided to call child services and after an investigation they discovered that the mom was in Europe when she called and wasn't married as she had stated on the phone number form. Needless to say the mom was charged with negligence and from what I know custody went to the aunt and uncle.

1 ReplyI work at Best Buy. Here's some of the stupidest customers I've encountered. A customer always calls and freaks out because she thinks all laptop batteries will give her cancer. So we always have to get her a laptop with a removable battery. She also thought that you could get shocked by plugging in an HDMI cable. I always get calls asking to speak with the electronics department. The whole store is an electronics department. I got cursed out because a dishwasher was on back order I could go on but I've gotta go to class right now

3 RepliesI work at a McDonald's near a sixflags. This was during the summer when we get really busy. So there are shit loads of orders and it takes awhile. So some guy comes up to my register and yells," WE'VE BEEN HERE FOR 30 MINUTES! MY CHILD IS STARVING!" I put on my best worried voice and tell him I'm so sorry. I grab my manager who is serving out orders and this happens M:so you came in well knowing the massive -blam!-ing line, ordered almost everything on the menu, with other customers in front of you and then say your son is starving. C:YES M: then go to Burger King, I'm sure they'll take your shit.
