Fallen/Taken Strike Idea

This is an idea I've had for a little while. Enjoy. Feedback is appreciated. The Kell of Kings: Taken Strike Location: The Breach, Dreadnaught, Saturn's Rings Description: "Guardian, our scouts have detected what appears to be a Fallen incursion on the Dreadnaught, but the attack isn't coming from any known House. It's origin is near where the Cabal set up their own beachhead, but much farther below. Get in there, find out what the Fallen want, and drive them out. We already have enough problems as it is..."- Commander Zavala Part 1: Keep Digging
Players spawn in The Breach (same place as for Dreadnaught patrols.) Zavala: "Due to the urgency of the situation, I have brought in Variks to help us locate the Fallen. Variks?" Variks: "Guardian, it is good to work together once more, yessss?" Zavala: "Variks, are you picking up any Fallen communication in the area?" Variks: *Fallen noises* "Yes. Fallen are below you, many Fallen." Players find one of the caves nearby, and enter it. Ghost: "Uh, guys, this is a dead end." Variks: *Fallen noises* "Not so. Ground is hallowed beneath you, in... Certain spots." Now players must find a chunk of the ground that can be destroyed. Once they make a hole in the ground, they will jump in.
Part 2: Eliksni Repellant
Players drop through the hole into a massive cave (as big as the caves in VoG.) Zavala: "A cave system! How did we not find this before?" Variks: "Because... These caves were just made in the recent past. They were not existing before." *Fallen noises* "Bad. Very bad! Fallen surround you! They speak of... House Kings?!" Suddenly, the players' radios are filled with Fallen chatter and laughing before going silent. Zavala: "What the hell was that?!" Variks: "The Kell of House Kings makes himself known," *Fallen noises* "finally. He challenges you, Guardian. And, he challenges the King of the Consumed..." Zavala: "Oryx! Guardian, find and kill the Kell, then get the hell out of there before Oryx arrives!" Suddenly, Kings Fallen appear. Variks: "House Kings has arrived..." Players fight through the Fallen, before the first mini-boss appears. The boss is a Shank with a massive turret named: "H.A.R.B.R.I.N.G.E.R." Ghost: "Careful! That turret has enough power to blow a hole in the Dreadnaught." Zavala: "Perhaps that's what they used to get in? No matter, destroy it, and find the Kell." Players engage the Shank, eventually killing it. The players move through the caves, fighting off more Fallen. They soon reach a gate that is guarded by two Servitors that are floating vertically from each other, a single laser coursing through both of them. Ghost: "Those Servitors are synced together in perfect harmony. It's almost, beautiful... Almost." Zavala: "It appears that those Servitors are keeping the gate behind them closed. How they hacked into Hive tech is beyond me, but you'll need to destroy them to get through." Variks: *Fallen noises* "Conventional weapons will not pierce their veil. They are the Tepultiks twins, some of the most powerful Servitor offspring. You will need a different weapon." *Fallen noises* "Is the H.A.R.B.R.I.N.G.E.R still intact?" Ghost: "Should be." Variks: "Use its cannon. That will get their attention." Players look back to where they killed the Shank, and see that its cannon is now a relic. One player picks it up, and shoots at the laser connecting the Servitor "twins." Their connection is severed, and they both turn to, and attack the players. They are called "Tepultiks-1," and "Tepultiks-2." Now the cannon is out of ammo at the moment, and the players fight the Servitors. After a while, they are beaten, and the gate opens. Players enter.
Part 3: Slaying the Kell
Inside is a room decorated with Fallen tech, and banners bearing the symbol of the House of Kings. Across the room is a Kell's throne, a Dreg of all things sitting on it. Variks: "There. That's the Kell of House Kings." Zavala: "A Dreg?! That's it?!" *sigh* "Guardian, just take care of him and go home. I didn't realize what a low threat this actually was." Variks: "Do not underestimate Dregs." *Fallen noises* "They have the greatest thirst for power, which sometimes is never quenched. Be careful..." The Dreg is named "Goriks, Kings Kell." Players fight Goriks, who originally is just a bullet-sponge Dreg, that is, until his health is halved. Then suddenly, Goriks is Taken. Zavala: "He's gone!" Variks: "Taken, Consumed. Gone forever." Zavala: "In that case, take care of the remaining invasion force. Might as well dispose of them now." Players kill off the Fallen, but instead of actually killing them, they each just get Taken one by one, but not reappearing. Soon, the room is emptied of Fallen. Zavala: "This is an odd strategy for Oryx, if he's here. If he wished to see our end, he would've unleashed the Taken by now." Ghost: "Perhaps he doesn't care about us at the moment?"
Part 4/boss fight: Goriks, Tortured Blight
Out of nowhere, Taken versions of the Fallen and Goriks appear. Goriks is now much taller, and has four arms. He screams something in Fallen language. Variks: "Goriks said: "I shall defeat you all, for my King has made me strong." *Fallen noises*" Goriks fires Solar lasers out of his eyes, but opens a weakpoint in his forehead whenever he does. However, he is immune to damage. Players must reequip the H.A.R.B.R.I.N.G.E.R cannon, and find ammo for it. To do so, players must kill Fallen and Taken until Fallen High Servitors appear, which must be destroyed. When they do, their corpses will shine golden, which means that they have cannon ammo. The relic-holder will pick it up, refilling the cannon. Now they will wait until Goriks reveals his weakspot, then they will fire the cannon. That is the only way to hurt him. This process will be repeated a few times until Goriks's death. Zavala: "Well fought, Guardian. Variks, thank you for your support. That's one attacker out of the way, who knows how many more to go..." Strike over.
GRIMOIRE
1: H.A.R.B.R.I.N.G.E.R. S.A.B.E.R.-2 was built using cannibalized Servitor parts and human tech. Studies of this Shank show Servitor parts, and tech from one of the Queen's Harbringers from the Reef Wars. Official reports from Petra Venge claimed that all Harbringer casualties had been accounted for. Something doesn't add up. Either one Harbringer somehow slipped away unnoticed, or we have a new enemy. 2: Tepultiks Twins Former lair of House Kings was raided this day. Story on one of their banners speaks of twin Eliksni relics of incomprehensible power. They hold a door shut for eons. They protect their Kell. They share an Ether-bond so strong, it supposedly can never be broken. Whichever of our Primes gave birth to them is unknown, but that is a story for another time. I am simply a Vandal of House Wolves. I still have duties to attend to. 3: Goriks, Tortured Blight
You are Goriks, the lowly Dreg of the intelligent Kings who stepped up as the new Kell after the death of Melpis. Though you are small, a great fire burns within your Eliksni soul. You have been taken. Tell me, does your size make you feel meek and lowly? Don't put yourself down any longer, for I make you mighty and strong. Do you consider yourself weak, caught in an endless thirst for power? Let your thirst be quenched, for I give you the arms you so desperately desired. As you have always said, you will now be a marvel with ten thousand arms. But even now, you are still frail, and lack a true power. Put down your guns, for they are useless. There is a knife for you. It is shaped like [my will is focused into a single beam]. Take up the knife. Make it your strength in combat. Take your new shape.
STRIKE LOOT
Dreams of Goriks: Legendary Sidearm (Arc.) "I will defeat you all, for my King has made me strong." Perk: "Who's Next?!" Enemies killed via headshots increase reload speed. This ability can be multiplied up to 5 times. Eye of Tepultiks: Warlock Helmet "The twins are dead, but I still feel a connection of some sort. Kinda like when I found Kabr's helmet." Perk: "Unsevered Bond." Fallen enemies that will drop items of importance upon death are highlighted. This helmet looks like a Servitor eye, but with the cords exposed. And it still glows purple.
Thanks for reading! Again, feedback is much appreciated.
