Emblem glitch

I lost a few emblems that i redeemed when the game shifted to 2.0... I went back online to see if i can redeem them again but it wont let me... I just need to know if you guys are aware of this issue... I have a few other friends reporting the same thing... Thanks for your help

If it's the ones from the free codes, it's a known issue and Bungie is looking into it.
