My Warlock looks like a Penguin.... it gets worse every DLC.
With Crotas end, we Warlocks ran around with a dog cone collar or looking like retarded vampire. With House of Wolves we looked like cockroaches.
Now I straight up look like a bird, with my legendary armor with feathers and helmet that looks just like a bird. Bittersteel shader makes me look like a freaking penguin. Not the cute kind but the retarded hybrid that got r@ped by another bird species. OK my vent is done.
Edit: Kings Fall raid gear is at least not as bad as previous ones
Edit 2: Never mind King's Fall raid gear makes you look like a psycho killer bozo the clown :(
Edit 10.26.2015: Thanks to Bungie's surprise Halloween special I am now running around as Oryx ;)

I really liked the old helmets that looked like welding masks. The tiny glassy lens at the front and squared off. Don't like the bird beak or feather styles in this release.

2 RepliesThoughts on warlock armor this far: -Year 1 crucible and vanguard armor were great -HoTP (it was the only different chest piece for warlocks that didn't look like a coat for vanilla destiny, now everyone exotic chest piece is way too similar to the alter boy/priest look ) -Voidfang vestments has the silhouette of what all warlock chest piece should be -iron banner year 1 cool -iron banner year 2 great - both however are just reskins sadly.... -CE Raid armor; helmet looks awesome, chest piece has the collar of a cupcake cup. -PoE armor was a disappointment -[b]most chest armor doesn't have a collar like that HoTP or Voidfang vestments have and and so with most helmets warlocks look like a bobble head. E.g. Current TTK crucible/vanguard legendaries had no collar, and the chestpiece only looks good with matching helmet.[/b] A[b]ll warlocks need to look like is pretty much a storm trooper in a Jedi cloak. 60/40 robe to armor ratio. Like a Titan chest piece underneath the coat jacket of warlock robes, the pants we have now, with a gauntlet shoulder pad similar to tha sold in PoE vendor items[/b] FFS we're in space fighting aliens and we get a bathrobe... [b]Loincloth and nipple piercings needs to go, and yet it's what we have again for the IB gear this year.[/b]

I still like my warlock faction robes, but, idk, shouldn't it look a little less raggedy and sinister for a guardian? Perhaps a bit more professional and organized?
