Weird thing happened today with really poor timing. Was on the Oryx story mission in final? Fight with Oryx, and when his health was at 5%> I got a baboon code. Then it reconnected me, but with zero visuals, only sound and controller cues to action. I backed out to console and reentered, same thing. Got killed, and it dropped me back into game without any visuals. Pure black screen, but total sound effects and controller cues (rumble, appropriate lights etc). Had to shut down completely from the game & then restart to get any visual inputs. Fwiw this was on the ps4
