You'll find that someone in Bungie will more than likely wright the books like with Halo.
Although I'm not sure if those people still work at Bungie.
Joseph Staten (Contact Harvest) used to be the Writing Director but he left Bungie and returned to Microsoft....

Some of the Halo books were actually written by fans right? Then approved and edited by people at Bungie?
