I like the ideas pointed out in this post, specifically in regards to the fact that the game offers little to no in-depth story support, while the Grimoire has much in-depth information, often on topics seemingly irrelevant to the playable storyline in-game. Could we, the players, be following the path of Toland and Osiris, slowly theory crafting our way to something more than what the Speaker/Traveler would have us know? Are the Guardians actually the great force for good that we are lead to believe, or is something more sinister afoot? What new revelations will The Taken King bring? Thoughts? :)
